There would be no such thing as fear, and all would work together for the common Good.”
What the world really needs now is for all of us to actually begin to live the Attitude of Loving Kindness. This a message I received from the Angels some years ago about loving kindness and the effect it would have on the world. It is really that simple!
“The precious awareness, of yourself as a Powerful Spiritual Being, who is merely examining and experiencing the Heart of Love in all its forms, will transform your World. We are all One!”

How to Connect to Spirit Here is a simple way to begin your connection to Spirit. First of all ask to be connected to the Divine, the Light, the Great Spirit, the Creator whatever is comfortable to you.
Your breath is a vehicle for the Light. Breath in the Light of the Divine and breathe out any negativity from the body-mind. Visualize this or feel this in any way you can. You may wish to breathe in white golden light and breathe out and darkness. Concentrate lightly on this and you will raise up in vibration and your connection will deepen.
At first you will do this meditation in your imagination and then you will feel it more deeply as you enlighten your body with your breath.
While in this higher dimension you may communicate with the beautiful Beings of Light who are connected to you, who help you on your spiritual journey. You may ask for help, healing and guidance or anything else that you need.
This connection will be felt in the emotions as a great and overwhelming feeling of Love will envelope you and you will sent Love to them.
You will be able to connect this feeling of Unconditional Love to your breath. Remembrance of this feeling when you consciously breathe with intent, will help you to enter this higher state of connectedness, of Consciousness, without effort, in an instant!”
